In 2020 we have a very big problem which is COVID-19 this virus affects nearly all industries, for this reason, I worked from a remote. I just completed my first internship experience, First, all of The Internship programs are too important to recognize their professional job. I learn something during this program and I want to share my notes.

  1. Real Project Don't look like those at School

I was surprised to learn that, The projects we have developed in normal lessons and laboratory lessons have been established only to learn the basics of the software. But The real projects which are too different and too complex.

2. It's not just writing code

In college, your teacher says or write problem and immediately you can start writing code. On the other hand in the internship program, you must build the whole project part by part. These parts basically Feasibility Report, Coding, Testing, and Presentation. Feasibility Report is the most important one if you miss this part of your project collapse after a while. Actually I spent a lot of time researching and create a plan.

3. The more tools, the more experienced

Our company has a very very different mindset for the internship program. My manager asked me to have you ever write or develop any project in C# and .net framework? I said no after that she said that I have a perfect challenge for you. She wanted me to create a project but while programming language I had never used before. I develop a blog in C# and I learned a lot of technology a lot of tools as a result it was an excellent experience.

4. Mentoring is more important than Everything

If you are a very beginner while learning something, you need someone who understands you and he or she must be patient.I'm very lucky because my manager and our teammate very kind people and they were want to a lot help my project. Also, our CEO may be more than 10–15 spent learning and develop C#. I learned a lot from him.

5. Always strive to learn more.

You can always learn new things if you want. The essential idea is you never give up and learn whole detail. Stay humble, stay curious.

6. Always try to make more

Your manager gives a task to learn your limits but you must want many more tasks. You have to push yourself because you just develop your skills this way.

In conclusion, there’s still so much to learn. I got the pleasure to work with at CrsSoft for some memorable summers.
